Retrospectiva evenimentului

  • Etapele constructiei– cazul variabilelor cantitative
  • Procedee de construcţie a ipotezelo

2. Abordarea calitativă vs abordarea cantitativă

  • Definirea și compararea abordărilor calitative și cantitative

Papers

Marius ANDREESCU, Andra PURAN - NATURAL BASIS AND UNITY OF LAW

The philosophical inquiry on the law, as opposed to positive legal sciences is keen to find answers and arguments as nuanced and elaborate as possible to questions and issues such as: the origin and meanings of law, legal phenomenon, the legitimacy of legal rules or the purpose of law. In this paper we summarize the evolution from a historical point of view of the main theories and thinking on the origin, meaning and purpose of law as an ideological sub-system. Arguments are brought for the contemporaneousness and importance of jusnaturalistic theories because in relation to human and rationality it best explains the unity and stability of the law not only as normative system, but especially as rational reality of value, by establishing certain rights inherent to human being, it demonstrates the timelessness of law, as an expression of rational paradigms valid in all times, which can be determined and understood in the historical evolution and fluctuation of positive law.

Brîndusa COVACI - RENEWABLE ENERGY INVESTMENTS DURING 2004-2015 PERIOD

The article presents important considerations on the renewable energy investments from world and European level. The paper points out Europe's position in the current world context. Research is an exploratory one, being supported by statistical interpretations made by the author based on analysis of the "Global Trends in the renewable energy sector" report (2016), United Nations Environment Programme in collaboration with Bloomberg under the auspices of the School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt. Conceptually, the paper presents the most important points of the oscillation investments in the renewable energy sector worldwide. The level of investment in the renewable energy sector offers an accurate picture of the extent of decarbonisation.

Adelina ȘTEFÂRȚA, Eman AYOUB -  CREATIVITY IN TRAINING SPECIALISTS WORKING WITH VIOLENT FAMILIES

The people that suffered domestic violence should learn to teach themselves, to acquire social experiences and knowledge on their own, to learn how to develop their relationships with other people on the basis of confidence and partnership and be gender sensitive, to learn to collaborate, to make a team successfully, and to learn how to exchange generously their experiences with others. Our training project is built on the non-violence ethics and philosophy. It has a strong ground based on acquiring knowledge through one`s own experience. During each meeting the participants get the power, that is the right to be a competent part in a training dialogue. The participants become active players of the teaching process.

Carmen CIORNEA - THE MORAL-SOCIAL MESSAGE OF THE BURNING ALTAR MOVEMENT

The presentation was focused on the documentary evidence about the Fr. Daniil Sandu Tudor and other members of the cultural and spiritual movement of the Burning Pyre “Rugul Aprins”. The researcher presented facts that are unknown or little known about the members of the movement, including the treatment that Fr. Daniil Sandu Tudor endured during the communist regime. Moreover, the researcher presented the role of Saint Antim Ivireanul as an intellectual, as a philanthropist, and as a layman.

The present paper, as the title has announced, proposes a discussion about the moral-social dimension of Education provided by “The Burning Altar“ Association, the legal period - spiritual movement whose mentor is Sandu Tudor. “The Burning Altar“ movement consisted in a group of some of the most important intellectuals (theologians and laity) of the era that, given the deep ties of friendship between them, come together around mutual spiritual preoccupation. The catalyst is, again, Sandu Tudor.

Ostracized under communist totalitarianism, both secular intellectuals and clerics were aware of their duty to discover the deep spiritual levels of Christianity to provide a possibility to survive as a human beings against the aggression of an aberrant modernity. In our attempt to reconstruct a truthful image of “The Burning Altar“ in that time, we combine the documents from the C.N.S.A.S. (National Council for Studying the Security Archives) archive with memoirs but also with the interview of the only person who, nowadays, can testify about what the prayer of the heart meant for students, but also for “the elders“ who belonged to this spiritual movement - Father Nicolae Bordaşiu.

Lia BALTADOR - HOW UNIVERSAL ARE THE UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS

The main theme of the presentation was situated on the human rights in the context of the refugees’ situation in European countries, including Romania. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was debated in depth, including a parallel between this specific document and the Constitution of Romania. Moreover, the researcher raised several economic issues concerning the positive human rights and then the discussion also touched upon the natural rights topic and the evolution of the philosophical ideas since Plato until modern times.

Mihaela BACALI - AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY NOVEL OF A UNKNOWN WRITER: “BLANDINA” BY  MARGARETA MILLER-VERGHY

Subject of the PhD thesis of the researcher, the life and work of the Romanian author Margareta Miller-Verghy was briefly presented. It is interesting to note that the history of Romanian literature has almost forgot about this prolific author that had a carried of several decades. This Romanian author has written extensively in both Romanian and French, as other authors in the same epoch. The novel “Blandina” is an autobiographic novel which catches glimpses of the life of the author in the context of her specific timeline, focusing on the life journey of the main character.

Mihaela CONSTANTIN - EXPLANATORY THEORIES AND METHODS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

The presentation aimed to highlight some of the most representative theories explaining the phenomenon of domestic violence. The theories were presented and discussed from the perspective of methods that could be applied to diminish the domestic violence phenomenon.
